Return Policy:
In-store purchases may be returned within 30 days, with receipt. Returns will be processed for exchange or store credit.

For mail order purchases, we will gladly refund any purchase if it is returned within one week. We can exchange items for store credit or refund the credit card used to make the purchase. Please contact us to make arrangements for a return.

Pulled strands may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (since, unfortunately, we cannot re-attach them to their original hanks :))

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped within CA will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
